    It has been the best experience by far when it comes to spa and wellness facilities. I knew I had stumbled upon something that no longer exists in the Health & Beauty industry, which is nurturing care which is the true nature of Kathryn.

    I had rapid results within days, and this is due to the preciseness of each session and the thorough instruction given by Kathryn for home care.

    I had facial sunburns and ingrown hairs.

    I no longer need to use makeup to cover up uneven skin tones, which I never expected to be doing during the early stage of the treatments.

    Yes, Kathryn followed up to ensure I was ok after hours after my first treatment, which is unheard of. Always prompt, frequent and encouraging; it gives the sense of being the only client at times. I just don’t know how she does it.

    Again, I will say this: None in comparison when it comes to being passionate about the client’s best interest and providing the best treatment, which can only guarantee the best results.

Spa Policies and Etiquette

  • Arrival / Late For Appointment Policy

    Please ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrvive late for your treatment, we will do our best to provide the full service. Your treatment duration may be shortened so the next client’s treatment begins on time. If your appointment has to be shortened, the full charge will apply

  • Health Conditions

    When scheduling an appointment please advise us of any health conditions that may affect your services such as:


    - Cardiovascular conditions including hi or low blood pressure


    - Undiagnosed skin rash


    - Swollen or painful lymph nodes


    - Acute or chronic injuries of any kind


    - Allergies


    - Medications (PHOTOSENSITIVE medications!)


    - Open sores


    - Blood disorder and disease


    - Diabetes

  • Cleanliness

    All Our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service. We are committed to cleanliness, safety and hygiene.

  • Cell Phones / Tablets / Electronic Devices

    Luxe Beauty and Wellness Spa is a place of relaxation and peace for yourself and those around. We kindly ask that you leave your electronic devices on mute or off and enjoy your experience.

  • Tips And Gratuities

    Gratuities are appreciated and are left to your discretion.

  • Important Notes

    There is plenty of surface parking around our facility and underground parking.


    All prices are in Canadian Dollars. HST is extra. Prices and services are subject to change.


    We accept credit cards, cash, debit or email transfer.


    Any Packages require Payment in full upfront. If you miss or cancel your Packaged treatment session with less than 48 hour notice, you will lose the value of the scheduled treatment session. 

  • Privacy

    All information remains confidential at all times.

  • Return / Refund Policy

    All packages and skin care products must be paid upfront and in Full. All sales are final with no Refunds and/or exchanges.


    Product and Service Refund Polcy.  At Luxe Beauty and Wellness Spa, our goal is to provide the best services and products for your unique skin care needs.  We consistently focus to meet and exceed your expectations , we understand that there could be a time where you are not entirely satisfied with the services provided.  Please note that our treatments are Not Refundable or Exchangeable.   


    All skin care products sales are final with no refunds and/or exchange unless the product is deemed defective.  

  • Insurance

    Services such as Massage Therapy, Acupuncture or compression stockings/socks may be covered by your Health Insurance Coverage. For insurance purposes if referral for paramedical services are needed, it is the client’s responsibility.  The insured services must be paid in full and it is the clients responsibility to submit the charges to their insurance company.

  • Cancellation & No Show Policy

    We require 48 hours notice to cancel or change service appointment . If the required notice is not given, or the client does not show up for their appointment, the client will lose their deposit.  A new deposit of $100.00 will be required to book a new appointment and you will be obligated to cover half the cost of the missed service to schedule a new appointment.  


    Please note that if you don't show up or do not cancel your appointment without 48 hours notice and the service is part of a prepaid package you will lose the value of the missed appointment.  Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment time and this will not be reflected as a discount in your final bill.   An arrival that is 15 minutes late is deemed a cancellation.  

  • Service Deposit

    To reserve your appointment we request $100.00 deposit. The money will be transferred towards your payment for services. The time, room, equipment and therapist are reserved especially for you. If you don’t show up or cancel / change appointment with at least 48 hours notice, the deposit is not refundable.

  • Booking Policy

  • Payment Policy

    Accepted forms of payment are Cash, ETransfer, Debit and Credit Cards.   (HST applies to all services and products).


    For treatment packages, all Treatment packages must be paid upfront and in full.  For best results the treatments should be scheduled 1 to 6 weeks apart or at the aesthetician's discretion.  


    Package of 3 please complete the sessions within 4 months of intial treatment.


    Package of 4 please complete the sessions within 5 months of initial treatment.


    Package of 5 please complete the sessions within 6 months of initial treatment.


    Package of 6 please complete the sessions within 7 months of initial treatment.
